At First Rain At first rain, I huddle against you for warmth Axl Rose was lying to us November Rain will never end no, oh no no, 'cause I won't let it it's too comfortable to me once the light has died out I'm sweeping the window pane picking up the broken pieces of a lightbulb that once shone proudly above my weary mind the story is done the ink has dried time left to repaint the day a little blue with the grey and I hinge on something you said but I didn't hear it and I connect my art to you let it follow us to bed tonight and in the morning, I'll blow it all away and finally, after all, finally be with you one hundred percent of the time that's left for me.
