Into the Moonlight

Come, fly into the moonlight, dreamy Love,
To shimmer with pure light on silver beams —
And there among the shining stars to rove
Within the sea of untold secret dreams.
Unbounded and released you freely soar
Where only ones of truest heart will dare —
And if fickle clouds should aim to bar your
View - do not yield to veil of misty flair!
But rise, still rise, and let your beaming heart
Be your only guiding light - though the eyes
May not - the heart will darkness split apart
And lead the way to diamond-studded skies:
This journey lives in daydream of each breath
And follows stars in ring of birth and death.

Beautiful!!!! the moon has always had a magicial, mystical pull for me, it draws me into its misty glow...just like your poem did!
