God blesses me in many ways
Not by the year, but every day.
Every thing that I can see
Shows countless ways He blesses me.

Every thing that I can do
Shows He loves me, just like you.
He blesses me with the sounds I hear.
He blesses me much more each year.

He blesses me each single minute.
He gave me the world and every thing in it.
He gave me His Son that I can live
I know nothing more that He could give.

If from his commandments I do swerve
He forgives me, more than I deserve.
Getting down upon my knees
I thank God that He loves me.

Thanks Marge and Nancy-- I am already enjoying PIP and expect to do so for some time to come-God be willing. I am glad you enjoyed my poem. I consider myself to be not unlike one of the oldetyme bards. I enjoy telling people poems I have written anywhere I happen to be--out in the mountains, in the checkout line at the supermarket(it sure shortens the wait-no people don't run-LOL) and I have a great memory for my poems.
