An urgency wakes my sluggish body tossing head while winds play bass, then soprano Days, months, Years have evacuated; Finally, I hold no image of him in my dreams of silo’s sky. Yet, a pulse or a windblown pigment, perhaps a piece of dust, Calls to me in night galing wind an anonymous helplessness. I pray she has not left, his mother almost mine; I wonder what the wind has said, what realization it leaves behind. ~miscellanea~ [This message has been edited by miscellanea (01-25-2006 12:27 PM).] |

Great write, C. I guessed right about the meaning of this, and I know that haunting feeling. You write of it very well. Hope it works out. ....jo |
