 Lindy Lou the Fairy ~ Linda L. Dowd ~ +*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+ I mark my time by whim and rhyme, I skip-dee-doo a-larry. I kibble and bitz the garden walks, ~ For I'm a little fairy! I'm upside down ~ then right side up, I ring around the rosies. I flit and fly ~ both low and high, And tickle children's nosies. I live among the trees and flowers, And romp in fields of clover. I drink the dew of early morn, And play 'til the day is over. I'm Lindy Lou of whim and rhyme, I skip-de-doo a-larry. Linda When I read this it reminded me of my daughter, as a child..I don't know why? Perhaps it is the softness of it... " mark my time by whim and rhyme, I skip-dee-doo a-larry. I kibble and bitz the garden walks, ~ For I'm a little fairy!" She used to "kibble and bitz the garden walks" dressed in her favorite blue dress. Carrying a salt shaker, stolen from the kitchen...searching for baby cucumbers.. I am sure her nose was ticked by this fairy. Enjoyed ______ ____ice ><> |

Linda, if you don't mind, I am going to read this to my child because well, he is just like me, poor thing, and believes in all of this stuff and loves it - the mystery of the world and also he has been learning tons of Celtic river dance songs which sound like what you have just written. (Aye, I, the rantnin bug walks down to the fairy, OH!) ~~~ (I have no idea what kind of bug that is.) |
