Mirror, Mirror Mirror, mirror on the wall That shows the sands of time that fall Though plying at a passive rate My eyes can see that passing state My memory flow a picture show The dance of times adagio A tango in a rhombic beat That eats itself in cosmic heat Intensity that turns to white Illusions that have taken flight A flower that has bowed its head Shriveled up and now is dead The yearning of the epic flow The ever waging and the go The changing of the old to new The endless ordure of the coup It’s all wrapped up in paradise You just step up and throw the dice |
