A hard rain fell on the nowhere man and brought him to the end of the world as we know it. Few could begin to Imagine that this working class hero would turn away from the song sung blue that everybody knows and begin to make his own kind of music...even if nobody else sings along. He began to hear a different drummer deep within the sound of silence. He could see clearly now The rain was gone. He knew he had been caught in a trap, but with a suspicious mind, the fool on the hill began seeing the games people play. The Riders on the Storm, who run around hurriedly like the White Rabbit, performing brain salad surgery and hoping to place another brick in the wall, kept begging to be touched ; But the dream was over. He was out from under their thumb and would not light the fire. He saw that everything was beautiful in its own way. That everyone was a star. We all shine on. and so... While others see that all the leaves are brown and the sky is gray ... While they wonder where have all the flowers gone that were once seen as they frolicked in the autumn mist and hope that somewhere over the rainbow everythings coming up roses... One tin soldier rides away with sunshine on his shoulder. Knowing that here, there and everywhere there is a neverending song of love all across the universe. He knows that rather than looking through a hole in the sky or fixing a hole where the rain gets in or thinking the answer is blowing in the wind... You just need to let it be. Don't paint it black. Turn off your mind relax and float down stream. It is all within you and without you. I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together. All the rest is nonsense. goo goo k' joop sitting on a cornflake Mister Dobalena Mister Bob Dobalena Zilch. |

I started to read this but it is a mismatch of singers that I felt didn't do them justice The 'Day the Music Died' needed an intepreter and there has been enough of them. As kindly as I can say it, to me, this was only words- sorry dave |

Bodger Yes It is all just words. Matchbox Tiddly-wink. :: bows :: Midnitesun Yes It is ALWAYS the same notes. Whether it be Beethoven or Bill Monroe and the Bluegrass Boys. Only a differnt arrangement. As Townes VanZandt is said to have said...There are only two kinds of music...The blues and zippity doo dah. :: bows :: |

Dear Uriah, One of your readers said this was just words. This reader failed to read: "There is a never ending song of love all across this universe!" Sing on Uriah! Sing on!! Sing! |
