People people all need in the same way they need human interaction acceptance affection the need to be needed needs that can only be filled by -people- So why is it that in a world filled with millions and millions of... -other people- are those things so hard to find? Why? are there so many who go out of their way to take those things away? to show others that they for some reason will give loneliness hurt frustration and ridicule instead of sharing something good like... a smile? a hug? a helping hand? It kind of makes you wonder... in a world filled with millions and millions of people how many of them... really are... people? Strive for higher levels, if they seem out of reach... Grow, and they will get closer. |

I wonder that too...then a hurricane hits and I am left smiling. If it's only at the worst when people are at their best, I can live with that, I guess. |

Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt write. I often wonder myself, why some find what they need, and others do not. Some people learn early in life how to shut themselves off from those who would willingly give them what they need, and it's hard to pinpoint why that happens. Others who might have been so thoroughly abused/neglected/rejected at an early age sometimes expect nothing, and give the same in return. |

Thank you all so much for the kind words! I am glad to be back to see/read all of my old friends in here  I'm hoping to stay a while again this time!! Life has been hectic lately to say the least.Strive for higher levels, if they seem out of reach... Grow, and they will get closer. |
