I took a chance I had faith in you A strong belief that I could trust in you I gave you a tiny piece Of my already crushed heart With sincerity I believed in a love Creating a dream world Kissed by lips of untouched illusions You betrayed my heart and trust I mended your low sence of self And faith was its form I gingerly choose to retreat |
