the past revisited me
again,why can't I just
dream and be all zen

relax and take it easy now
there isn't a big way to
climb out now just gotta
try to sit back now.

listen to the calmness of
the intersanity of your
mind,dift back to yesterday
when everything was happy
and gay.

take it in strides one step
one step at a time. don't cry
let it out when you can but
don't remeber all that was
bad.
