Now this has happened before

And surely will happen again

It happened in a Union Office in Central London

London!

Well that must be important said the dog

"Have they called

Scotland Yard?

Well the Police can't find it

And so!

On a Friday afternoon in a Square in Central London

A member of the Union Finance Department

Early in the afternoon

Ask the telephonist to connect to a number in Moscow

And as the Telephonist had before

She made that connection to a number in Moscow from the office

which could only be made through the Switchboard

As only through the Switchboard could you get connections at that time

and

It did of come in handy in the Miners Strike

When the Union moved the money to Moscow

And then to

Cuba from Moscow
"

Well that must be important

Have they called

Scotland Yard!

Well the Police can't find it

When the Union moved the money to Moscow

And then to

Cuba from Moscow

&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&

Read this as you choose
