This poem is dedicated to my dear cousin Bill Kessler, who died suddenly on 01/13/06. I know I did not get to express a thank you, for your signature saying that stuck like glue. Somehow I wonder what you would have said, if I told you of poetry flowing from my head. Peace, Love, and Understanding on your christmas cards, is now a poem signature for grandson of Bernard's. At first I felt guilty about the lift, but your words and poetry just seemed to fit. I think of you often, now and then, so my thanks to you, I now do send. Just one more thought and I'll give what's due, I had practiced Johnny Mathis just for you. I only wish I would have told you this, before you were gone, and the chance was missed. Peace, Love, and Understanding. Always and forever. paul shades of peace, love, and happiness to you [This message has been edited by shades of paul (01-20-2006 09:04 PM).] |
