Just some reflection,
on his resurrection.
As Judas would betray,
they went onward to slay.
But twas not the last day.
of this great passion play.
Surely they would now believe,
of what they did receive.
He had risen from the grave,
but only wanted to save.
Never wanting to avenge ?
Vow to seek revenge ?
How could this be ?
Did his eyes not see ?
But for you a great love gift,
in the end, the cause to lift.
Please never fail to mention,
and talk of his ascension.
For he waits with open arms of glory,
but only if you believe his story.
Thank God it's Easter !
