You make me wish for tomorrow I try to follow I wonder why Yet you let me go Words do not justify Your deeds or lack of Maybe I am naive My hope and prayers Like a hungry thirst Upon a desert landscape Only I can solve Should I run Or should I bleed From wounds opened By you Your past only haunts Our future By which you stand fast Making a joke of our plans Moving on Beyond you garden of ill Spoils me To the unworthy Two weeks of sad Only makes me Wish Why I know where this will lead A break in the moment From which you laugh Holding on to a ghost I will march from this As I always do Breaking faith We will surely do Only you can know Why we are here As such I remain only for you |

Steve, it's good to be back, for sure, though I'm not spending nearly as much time as I once did...too much fresh air and warm weather out there to let it go to waste! keep on writing! ![]() |
