5309 Shattered Dreams 17 April 2006 That night of her shattered dreams that love lost, the world emptied but why was this so Sadness to her heart words to think What could it be Had she done wrong this love, her desire that nectar of happiness to drink Her beauty, of her soul her heart, her warmth She was love but someone had taken her shattered dreams Stolen, wasn’t love meant to last forever Maybe that was what she wanted to know Sleep, sweet princess sleep within your heart rest your soul and know each day each morning was but another start “How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!” Psalms 139: 17 KJV a poet who cares This poem was created as a recording first, and the text written down from the recording. It took around 2 minutes to compose the recorded works |
