I long to talk with thee, Who dead be I not seen without another- beauty seen without the knowledge of those old ’tis not for lovers eyes to meet for lust! When by thy gaze, O murd’ress temptress, And I shall think’st thee with me- spun upon the wheel of mine A pinch before the wake unto another dream.
Yet though thou art not mine to claim, Thy lovest in the distance shared- Eyes closed thou soar’st through my soul ’tis depression unto the mind that awakens me! ‘Twas to be so; one heart failed to be- ’tis thine that dost not beat for me O, childishly I fall in love without thee loving me.

~ Your poem brought feelings to the surface that I once had, and they were ones of sadness, longing, and loneliness. Whew! So relieved that those feelings are long gone! May they also be for you.
You write with such emotion and gentleness.
