4701 Decadent Some Days 15 December 2005 Pain and suffering takes a world and steals a soul Those moments never to forget yet unable to feel whole This decadence of yesteryear those trials of tribulation An adversity to combat not known if tomorrow with be a day of celebration Just to be alive to know you are there Just to know you did survive of a world in command never quite that place in being fair a poet who cares |

The best poetry in the world is there to be read. Only the poet may never know their worth. Of that I can admit where getting feedback got me. To the fact I wrote 1300 poems in the last 12 months - yet 400 of those since January 2006. Any comment is worthy and I am not the best at leaving my own trail of breadcrumbs behind to where I have been and read either a poet who cares |

I don't count what I write... I think it would scare me. But you do make us think... and that is a good thing! |

I started counting in November 1995, and that grew to become part of my style. On top of that the number (or page number) is a form of alternative title and reference number. Where without the numbers, I would never be able to find the title, poem or words I have written. To use a spreadsheet and database to keep track of what I have written. While the fact I can come up with statistics is a bonus. http://www.poettothecars.com/myasp/regtable.asp is a look at my database, in its primitive outlook of what I have written and published a poet who cares |
