My heart has been inspired By the love from one to another. This love I knew existed But it was never so proclaimed. This love has touched me deeply At a time I need it most. Though far away I am from him, I remember his smiling face. I think of him often with fondness, Missing his tender embrace. So hard I work to know I put another smile on that face. Thank you sir for the love You gave to me so freely. I hope my words touch you As yours touched me so deeply. |
