Resignation Resignation releases many tensions, Allowing anger and fear to pass through To a place of courage not one mentions; A secret of golden fields held by few. A man may hear the footsteps of doom, Fearless blood makes no noise And the heart tells not of dangers that loom; In fact resignation allows many joys. No God who could love could endure suffering, Both petty and pious have their shares, This form a mobile cadaver shuffling Along in the snow and ice of worldly cares. |

"Resignation releases many tensions" talk about a truism! but sometimes I WANT to hold on to a bit of tension as if I were something spring loaded ready to burst forth thank god I've learned to resign myself to accepting my boundaries, my limitations (hah, did you buy that last line?) ![]() |

This form a mobile cadaver shuffling Along in the snow and ice of worldly cares I loved these lines the best. This quite an amazing write. Keep up the good work. Tomorrow comes for those who fear it. |

Resignation has its time and place but in all things moderation works best. Enjoyed your thoughts. Helen |
