Stars are eyes, and though they hang from far heaven's reach they still can gaze within my skin and behold this galaxy of essence and blood. As if they saw a mirror, in my heart All the stars in the sky know me, they silently beckon my attention and I humbly bow before my own reflection. This walking dust that I am, that shining dust that speaks above at night we are kindred of the same event that time when time began. (PS. i encourage critique, even if my profile says otherwise.. could anyone please tell me how do I change that in my profile? thanks. Ixtab, 13-espejo. |

This is so profound and beautiful, no criticism necessary! This is one for my library too! The soul would have no rainbows, had the eyes no tears. |

Iliana, Rainbowdust thanks for the read and the comment. I don't know if it is that well written but thanks anyway. I posted another poem recently and I beleive it's a bit better than this. Thanks Enchantress i'll try it out. |
