Who I am is a mystery to me Who I am is who I long to be I have tried to be who you wanted I have tried to be who you expect I have been what I’ve been told to be But who I am is who I long to be I have dressed to impress Though it’s not quite my style I’ve styled my hair and painted my face And forced myself to wear a smile I labored to love what I cannot have I dreamed a dream never to come true I’ve become a stranger in the mirror Because I’ve been in love with you I’ve broken my heart I’ve shattered my dreams I may not know who I am But who I am is who I long to be 9/4/05 MWilson |

I think you know exactly who you are, just need to wipe away the steam from that mirror. Here: I’ve become a stranger in the mirror Because I’ve been in love with you |
