Quote taken from Leslie Parrish's poem in The Bridge Across Forever by Richard Bach "When night came, a baby moon laughed sideways in the dark" at white goose down clouds flotillas in navy night adagio armadas twinkling galleons armed in stardust ad infinitum And I, who am pirated away, cross lightyears and eternity on a mere breath of summer's night wind ~ Klassy Lassy ~ 9/10/2005 [This message has been edited by Klassy Lassy (03-07-2006 08:38 PM).] |

Loved the descriptions of the night here, Klassy Lassy! I could see them and could feel a warm summer breeze (which felt really nice on this chlly March day). ~sky I hope someday you get the chance to live like you were dying.... |

skyshine: I'm beneath the Northern stars, too. Summer is still just a dream, but happily the days are beginning to warm a little. Goldenrose: Welcome! I'm always happy with positive feedback. Glad you came by. Lady, watching the large white clouds on a bright night does so remind me of large boats scudding across the sky...magical, somehow OWLISA: Always delighted to see you, too! Thank you for the warm response. I'll try not to diasappoint you. Dark: Talons? uh oh! (My poem did come right after yours!) LOL But you make me remember the pics my son sent me from AK of those majestic birds--thirty or more at a time-- scavenging on the crabbing boat they used to fish the Bering Sea! Thinking of those waters makes me shudder. I am delighted you like my poems enough to read them! |

Jo, thank you. The universe is so spectacular, I can't begin to fathom the little bits of it I see, but gaze in dumbfounded amazement. Karen |

Beautiful Klassy, I love the night sky and I love seeing it through your eyes. This is the essence of star gazing or sky gazing. Looking up with someone and telling what you see. :-) |

skyfire: your 'name' fits into the wonder of night skies quite beautifully! Thank you... Vandana, loved it that you stopped by, too! Klassy |
