It Seemed To Work For You

Maybe I shall say nothing
I will become a mystery
It seemed to work for you
That might work for me

Distancing myself silently
I should try and be aloof
It seemed to work for you
You happen to be proof

Try to forget others needs
Ignore and be oblivious
It seemed to work for you
Being elusive is obvious

Could I create that illusion
Maybe disguise the fact
It seemed to work for you
Being difficult to contact

Perhaps become puzzling
With clues hard to find
It seemed to work for you
In misleading my mind
