I know you wish I were a little more romantic Maybe a little less tempermental A little less opinionated A little more loving I know you know I love you Though I'm sure you often doubt it tell me how to give you my all tell me how to trust enough to BE who you want me to be Tell me how to put the past behind where it belongs because I love you and I want to give you my trust But our past won't let me not yet Give me your understanding, let me take my time please? |

Alright, I won't change for anyone! *grin* it was a vent, I was frustrated and feeling guilty about something. After I wrote it I felt better. Thank you all for the reinforcement though and then He created the horse... |

Sweetie, I was glad to read in your response that you aren't going to change for anyone. I like you the way you are. I know where you were coming from, though. I think I'm also stubborn, tempermental, opinionated, and sometimes I wonder if he wonders if I love him as much as he loves me. I so wish that I could trust without ever wavering. I really don't think I have any reason to not trust him. It's just so hard to trust completely after being hurt so badly by someone. Huggies, Ethel |
