a love poem, gloom style |

(forgive me, gloom?) ‘neath hot words of passion we kissed love graced the night heavenly, as far into mourning’s mist our bodies sang in harmony ah, ‘twas just a dream I had, for my wet cheeks upon the pillow were but the thorny tears of the sad but who knows what the morrow brings perhaps, the rose? |
