5073 Some Days ~ Sun Days 12 February 2006 Some days are just not the same as to a weekend in moments made To rest - to sleep - to awake but was not tomorrow another day In a room of broken hearts a desert of endeavour to name Captured in a silence of sound Olivia’s voice more to imagine This child - this daughter a father can only dream Will death depart without love was it always going to be yesterday Not able to in truth be born again for was birth the innocence of a soul Another day - a Sun day to think when teardrops kiss the morning dew “When time was young we walked the roads together When love was sweet I meant the world to you Now comes the sun we'll say goodbye forever And teardrops will kiss the morning dew” Teardrops Will Kiss The Morning Dew Writer: Paul Craft - Recording Artist: Alison Krauss a poet who cares |

Am I allowed to write a poem here, or is that breaking the rules of this site, such being the spirit of inspiration. 5077 A Tender Right 13 February 2006 A tender write from a loving heart An understanding born another day to contemplate Like this day would never be the one before That in nature was not to be allowed Just a fingertip to a word of the letter One hand in waves of shift ticking as to time's former sound For who was the poet the one who slept Restless to begin again a right of tender start NOTE: My time is in truth 18 hours ahead of EST so this might look as if it came from the future a poet who cares |
