Of Evening... |

I was out walking as often I do, Late in the evening; day’s bustle was through, When a calmness came falling down from the trees, Whispering soflty on night’s cooling breeze. I wondered the message the calmness did send, While I listened intently to night’s gentle wind. I knew not the answer, the who, what or why, When I looked to the firmament, to Luna on high, It then mattered not of my incomprehension, As I gazed to the heavens, to Luna’s ascension For in Luna’s glow, lay the pathway to calm, Leading this mortal to heavenly balm. |

smile... she's so insistant at times, isn't she? If the moon had sound, I would think it would be a croon... and mesmerizing, as this is. (grin? I've stumbled many times, in broad moonlight. But lawsy, what a show...) LkissL |

Evening - the best time of day, to me. Within the sound of silence... |
