Today I went out golfing, as I often do,
I played just like a pirate, I shot a one o two
Why you ask a pirate? Just ‘cause I played real bad?
The answer is quite simple, t’was a nasty hook I had.

I seldom hit a fairway, least ways the proper one,
I could not hit an iron at all, my putter was a gun,
How could a putter be a gun? For asking I say thanks,
This answer is quite simple too, my putter it shot blanks.

I had me not a single par, bogeys out the yazoo,
Double bogeys cause me pain, I had me quite a few,
But it was that snowman, that really took the cake,
I hope them frogs are happy with my ball out in the lake.

I must admit I came home irked, not happy with my game,
And if I would be truthful, its often been the same
But tomorrow is another day, my tee time is at eight,
I have this sneaking feeling, my round it will be great

LOL, what a fun read this is, and I don't really care much for golf...though I did whack a ball around a few times, the ball never landed within ten feet of where I expected it to. LOL
Now, if you wanna talk tennis or volleyball?
