You asked me why
I do not eat
another creature's flesh,
...the meat...

and softly I did reply
with an answer
that has lived within me
for many moons...

I have chosen to live
without making
another living creature die.

And
you became
silent.

But your silence does not mean
that you understand
or agree with my POV
or beliefs,
and that's OK.

I've never asked you why

you choose to eat meat,
have I?

you dont eat some meat as the bible states we just dont do that to each other an unforgiving ungodly unjustice to mankind
