You stay in melbourne now, coping better with its cold than your frostbitten spirits Your blogged words spoke of your attachment to life like an outdated CD You endure the same old boring tunes, reluctant to expand your repertoire You turn to larger-than-life movie characters, with their mind-numbing showcase of how to lead psyched-up lives You tolerate the smirking blank screen, whose shroud of charged emptiness you fumble with by hastily placing yet another disc I relate I place faith too in the odds of deriving divine inspiration/knowledge/lessons/whatever from classier fictional realities Yet I left your blog without leaving a well of words because i couldn't quite pen a comment about kindred spirits |

"You tolerate the smirking blank screen, whose shroud of charged emptiness you fumble with by hastily placing yet another disc" A great write I particularly enjoyed the above. Library time! "And the sun went down, and the stars came out far over the summer sea, |
