Plenty of dishes
A sink full of soapy water
Watching
Water draining slowly
Sucking sound grows louder
Draining
The dirty line
Around the perimeter
Remains

The water is slowly lost
... at the same exact time

As the water was draining
Something that shouldn't be there
Feeling
Lifting from the water
An unexpected gift
Silver
Staring at what has been taught
A lining from cloudy water
Remains

A fork is quickly found
... at the same exact time
