Thoughts Are Reminding Me

I still think of those times
When so much was shared
Those feelings in my heart
Having always felt you cared

You always come to mind
Every time I pick up my pen
It still inspires me to write
Of how you cared back then

I can still write you poems
As you are still on my mind
I look back on memories
All your love back then I find

There was never goodbye
You never have said farewell
I am reminded of your love
Upon my mind you still dwell

I know I would never forget
Every time I write its realised
Thoughts are reminding me
We never said our goodbyes
