Palermo To Love

The Lord has fashioned my praise upon her eyes on the steps of  Santa Maria Degli Angeli. Lifting my heart above the gates of heaven so I may sanctify all her wondrous beauty. In the cathedral of our Fathers daughter let prayers prevail by their own hands.

I kneel before the altar where pillars are temples, my searching glance hides within her lovely face. She took my name upon her ruby lips where every kiss had fallen on paradise.

Pleasant sights have routed my eyes to a bed of light where the sun was laid bare. The firmaments have ordained the glory of her love  and crowned her heart with golden laurels.

O’ how refreshing the soul has given victory to my spirit, for I am a man that been blessed by her, that’s been blessed by the face of an angel. Her beauty is ever toward the design of the Lord and in the world’s account is there none to equal her.
