Love may be too strong a word Yet the emotions say other wise Is love at first sight really that absurb Does love truly wear a disguise Her name quivering from your lips Standing in awe of her Beauty as rare as a solar eclipse All the other woman become a blur No lust in my mind A simple wish to hold her dear For our hands to be entwined To be one with her of this you are sincere Being able to brush her hair aside Seeing grooves on the nape of this beauties neck An embrace that one does not willingly divide The sunshine at the end of a long trek Your minds on the same wave length Like to statues breaking away from their prison Seeing past the glitz to her inner strength A new love has a risen Lovers these two have become Their beings are one Hearts no longer numb A bond that can not be undone Tomorrow comes for those who fear it. |

Simply loved it! Thought provoking.... Enjoyed! ~ARH "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take - but by the moments that take our breath away." |

I am glad that my poem could make you think of a loved one and feel their words that little bit more. Tomorrow comes for those who fear it. |
