Repair my Broken heart
for my soul can no longer bear
this burden of pain

so take this pain
and scream out loud
can anything be forgiven

for a soul that is wounded
time is elusive
hindering

it dances a dance
so full of mockery
that forgetfullness
is but a haze on the edges
moist but not really there

awake I dream
lost in chaos
torn my heart sits before me

shreds remain
I pull the pieces to my chest
weeping

not knowing
not knowing
not known
not at all
