 Artist: Paul Mewart Love and Lust ~ Linda L. Dowd ~ My mind floods with memories, of when he and I were one. But time unraveled what we had, leaving love songs left unsung. I recall all those tender times, when wrapped in his embrace. But his leaving for another love, had left a cold and empty space. He left us unexpectedly, ~How could I have been so blind? This lack of understanding, had near driven me from mind. He discovered that far pastures, weren’t as green as he once thought. Instead of gaining something new, all he found was naught. Forthwith he did realize, all the treasures he had lost. The price of lustful escapades, had come at quite a cost. Today I’m singing joyful songs, with one worthy of my love. We adore and trust each other, and I thank the stars above! We are born of the stars, And to the stars we shall one day return. ~ Linda L. Dear Noel Noah, may your wishes for you and your dream girl finding each other, come true in 2006! You certainly have been putting quite a bit of energy into manifesting her into reality! Yes, the Chinese New Year's celebration was phenomenal! Four couples sat at a round table with a huge lazy susan in the middle that the platters of food were put on. 12 of them! One at a time! 12 courses! ~ from peking duck to lobster! We ate from 7:30 to just before the count-down! Then came out the New Year's Happy birthday cake! There was also dancing ~ We just danced the slow ones! ~ and you can just imagine why! lol  Happy New Year Hugs of love, Your friend, Linda |
