Recycled promise
Lone bird’s sound splinters silence
With song, trust, life, love

This is fantastic!  Cold.  Chilly.  I'm starting my day off outside, yet I haven't left my computer!

Happy New Year!

Especially in the early mornign when you face another day and it's another unique experience all over again.....

Nice words well arranged to evoke the feelings meant. Like the graphics too!

Beautiful picture and poem.

I've meant to say for some time that your name, Karilea, is a beautiful poem in itself.

Yes, it is a poem in itself, isn't it?

Love the words and Pic,  they go together
very well....so isolated and cold, the
solitary creature...waiting patiently for
a day less grim.

I LOVE this and how freaky . . .

Just about 2 hrs ago or so
a raven/crow? was outside
and I never heard such insane shrills
coming from them before
so I looked up in the tree
and there he perched
calling . . .

frantic . . .
insane . . .

Was that a call for a new start?
As your title.
The last year?

Soooo beautiful what you captured in words and picture, dear Karilea.
The bird looks frail in the snow covered tree, but from his perspective the world looks friendly nonetheless, it is home.
Your offering is a lesson of strength and trust.
Enjoyed this much and will keep it.
Love,
Margherita
