I often write what are ideas to come back to and keep bits of writing that in themselves are great but diminished by the rest of the writing that often clouds the original May be the rain has set in Dave Clouds gray Swarm a darkened night of dreams Hammering wet pavements With drizzling perfect expressions of red torrents of power Striking impunity energy sound colour words misunderstandings As gathering skies attack pleasure and innocence To echo mountains Driven wild With swarming fiery pestilent answers to a Sun’s day Rain was heavy drifting on those dull Sparkling waters Under leaves Teach me heart It's all that matters Teach my life It's not in shatters Let the rain Make me whole again Let the truth Wash away my pain |
