Four old angst signs: You reach for the stars but only find them in your hands while fumbling for your shoelaces. You feel vigorous, vibrant, and energetic until you open your email and find a message from AARP. You reach for the moon, but find your arms are too weak to grab it anymore. You crawl back in bed and quickly grab the controls of the ‘lectric blankie instead of your mate. |

lol, well JO, I have no 'lectric blankie (but no mate either) and still enjoy (the thought, anyway) of reaching for a full moon so this is just for grins HAPPY NEW YEAR to all! |

How about being told, "I love to be waited on by older people, like the people who work at McDonald's" This and other like words have been expressed to me as I check in students. I want to answer, "Go directly to your room, do not pass go". LOL martyjo |

Kacy These "angst signs" are more apparent in winter...which is prime time to use your imagination, and by reading you, I know you have a large one...and that is important to a sensitive person living in a world that seems insensitive to your fears. "What matters it that all around Danger and grief and darkness lie, If but within our bosom's bound We hold a bright unsullied sky, Warm with ten thousand mingled rays Of suns that know no winter days?"
