Murmuring under the surface,
i am me, always brightly kind,
hot the blood in my veins race,
answers from others i do not find.
Perhaps i ask too much,
From people who dont really care?
my love, concern, is such,
to know that they are there.
Deserted, solus in the wild,
but i have a garden in my mind,
surrounded by beauty, a true nature child,
inhaling redolent air on the wind.
Secrets wait to be uncovered,
of nature's beauty marvellous,
my poise will be recovered,
my heart full, my world peaceful, joyous.

Inspired by Blue Moon Revisted (Song For Elvis)
by Cowboy Junkies.....

Red Hot Moon....comes to take away the Blue moon...

dry your eyes...no more sadness...I care!love is here!

(As to the Question) I have always thought Elvis wrote and sung it first...

Thank you for the reply and kindness...i think the song was around way before Elvis maybe even before the 1920's, i think it may have been in an early black and white film...
