Tolerance for a short time

I dont attack nor destroy nor try to make you a fool

And call it business

I dont plan to wipe out countries, civilisations or people

And call it politics

Talent is there in everyone

Talent that works for right or wrong

The latent

Talent

Is there

To be crushed

As some choose to do

Or to be restricted to enrich

Because you can not take it with you

And you waste and squander on the grounds

That you can

Fail to understand

To lead

To more than a control freak

Unable to motivate

Unable to

Accept the Peter Principle
