You looked at me and touched my soul And from that moment all control Of thoughts, emotions and desires Were thrust away into the fire And when we touched I felt a shiver My body trembled and started to quiver A wave of passion, set upon me I couldn't think and couldn't breathe I had to have you there was no doubt You grabbed my hand and pulled me out To dance with you the dance of love We were so close, like hand and glove Our bodies moved in fluid motion Like a leaf upon the ocean Passion grew to raging heights A love was growing we couldn't fight Then we kissed the longest kiss A kiss so deep, we knew that this Was more than just a passing glance More than meeting, just by chance And so we stayed and loved each other The years would pass, one, then another We knew we had our perfect mate We knew it was the hand of fate. |
