Dream awakened, blue
light streamed room.
Stretching for caresses,
good morning kisses.
Sighs happily exhaled,
rising to showers,
soon moving out
to catch trains.
Devotion, unseperable love,
over a decade
of morning greetings.
Excitedly chattering words,
of spending lazing
days within each
other's soft embrace.
Taking seats together,
wrapped animated in
mutual conversation topics.
Touching faces, inhaling
fresh morning fragrance,
looking through the
soul of each
other's clear eyes.
Shock waves, white
light turned amber.
Blurred vision, just
seeing the reason
for your life,
smothered in crimson.
Coppery taste of
blood, thick in
throats, stinging wounds.
Move closer to
your life mate,
staring in deaf
silence, to each
other's eyes again.
Love lights ebb
and fade to
black, taken together
to Gods far
realm, filled with
nacreous streaming light,
holding each other
in eternal embrace.

I dedicate this poem to the dead,family, loved ones, and friends of the London bombings....may God be with you and bless you ...always.....GR...
