Moony Space Kidnapped by pale skies Stars double crossed him, he orbits their unbelievable lies Folklore movies praised him over the years People cried, wanted to meet his peers Million times they said they want to touch Million rhymes were written on his swell light hunch A debate is taking place Somewhere in the middle black holed space Whether yes or no, imagination or fact How he always stays intact ? Taking us to worlds we have never seen Mars wants to come between Venus loves his odorous presence Uranus wants to take shape lessons Astrologists rode a Capricorn Wheels of fortune demanded a special treatment They long for his glimmer, the outrageous scent They stretched out their starry arms They begged somebody would take them to his fellow stars So quiet, space embraces his cute little toy The only one who brings him absolute joy Decorating vacuums, gluing haloes Floating on black seas, stars are his sailors Like a childish silver spoon He will continue to glow, our baby grayish moon |
