Sleep rose from the morning
a bird upon water
as you told me

and I
have been alone with you ever since

a blissful sink
as teeth will

laying in the wake of you.

You have worn over my skin, opal
and traced me with your black waves
of lucid dreams

So I don’t want this to be a heavy wade
a smother of my leg
as the cotton sticks
underwater

I have lips that wait for your pull

and I want you on their verge
in laughter
the way you always have been

in simple love
that is as old
as it is
new.

I read too much into things or maybe I don't but Gemma?

Much Love to you and yours:

This line, says so much:

I have lips that wait for your pull

It's beautiful . . . reminded me of a lazy morning (the write) not wanting to get out of bed . . . and not.

*smile*

(I second Raph on killing the beagle part)
*laughing*

such depth ....
    and only scratching the surface

         I travel the arch between
          two such wells of endless
          souls, fevering such pitch
          of curling flesh, crimson
          and trembled, ...
         centered, defined,    waiting ....

You are writing me into awe.

I feel no need to write when I can read things that so aptly, so beautifully convey what I feel.

gemma?

wow
