Each Night Each night I roam and comb my mind To see beyond the line of blind I hold a prism to my eyes To segment past the white of sighs And when the rainbow shows its face I start my journey from this place Glean each color of it’s seem And use it in the form of dream Here I’m free to walk each path Without the blockage of my wrath Sift the roughage of the old Filter out the flakes of gold Weave them to a shawl of pose Place a rose beneath my nose Inhale the essence of believe Bail the fantasy of receive It is a could be that I do Come now I ask, wouldn’t you? I hold a prism to my eyes To segment past the white of sighs I enjoyed these lines, as I have many Sy that we look through when the sun is out, to take us away from the here and now. How you see these images to write about over and over is sure beyond me |
