Pearls Within Each Grain a duet with Greeneyes

we
should share the quiet
when skies are blue
and wind flows
silk clouds bare us through

rearrange these shadows
with me
between
flowers and fragments of sun
shades of green
ever after rain

we dance among
living dunes
seas of endless sands,

our thoughts    as one

as dreams softly bare
what hearts have seen

      the pearls within each grain

your seed   darkened desire
inside early flesh of midnight
in stillness remain   my     realm of light
upon the waters surface
as I await

and I now
dream of your silk
the very ripple against flesh
my hands and heart
find you    closer
in such passionate state
of stars and moon rising   ~
our own   oasis
the very soul of love

like a thousand nights
and this,     one  more
our own tale
of a desert storm

     dancing
