November Gray
~ Linda L. Dowd ~

November winds and somber haze,
~The dampness and the rainy days,
Are momes of gray that lie between,
Winter's white and summer's green.

Well said Linda...and a gray one it is today.

While the moon and the clouds come spinning
Will you whisper my name again?

(big angel hugs) Your wonderful poetry always fingerpaints the skies below the heavens, sweet friend, sometimes I like to think of gray skies as days where cherubs played with sooooooo many colors they all blended together in this mess, and their mother seraphs tell them to clean up and then when the skies are blue that's when they finally finish their chores, LOL! (giggles) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Linda, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

May I keep this? Thankyou.

Enchanting One ~

Hi, Nancy! Yes, indeed we were having a gloomy November day ~ but I enjoy such a day once in awhile. It gives me a chance to rest and reflect.

Have a nice November!

This brings me to the opening lines of something I wrote long, long ago....

The icy cold and sullen rain
of drab November, here again;
I am so tired of bitter weather,
and of autumn altogether....

And now I'm SO glad I live in Southern California!

Dear Leader of Rats ~

I see you had the conviction of your words! ~ and moved to the sunny south! Right about now, that sounds mighty appealing to me as well! lol Mind you, I truly do enjoy every month of the year. I like the variety and the changing of the seasons. I'm happy that you are enjoying your new environs!
