Well this is my first time here... Just thought I would post my most recent poem I wrote it yesterday and the images in it fully describe how i felt when I wrote it, that is the reason I like it... Post your comments  It does not have a title yet...One... but too many things All the seconds each minute brings Firing thoughts in my head Blazing rain being shed Burning trails on my face Scars I'd rather not trace Blank stares that do not speak at all A voice that wont talk or call A chest that cannot help but feel cold And thoughts that have long been old Letters that countiniously fold That made a heart break its mold A preasure pump under my ribs A flawed central nerve that fibs Air that is suspended and still In lungs that never seem to fill Breathing and mumbling ice Words that are no longer concise A stationary jaw with grinding teeth Skin stuck to feelings that flow underneath A face with stars that do not blink A universe with a center that no longer thinks A road that leads to nowhere Yet there's someone who wants to get there A feeling in statics words within a phrase Engraved letters that cannot be erased... |
