Sherbrooke Forest is located in the Dandenong Ranges in the state of Victoria, Australia, near where I live. It is one of my favourite places * * * I come here to Sherbrooke Forest Where my spirit feels so free Here I sit beneath the canopy Of a magnificent old tree Mother Nature's brush strokes Paint a picture so serene As I look down towards the valley I see varying shades of green Wisps of smoke rise from the chimney Inside a cabin, an open fire With picture postcard scenery Here, there is so much to admire As I inhale the cool, clean air I hear a bell-bird's unique call I watch the tiniest blue wren Hop around the forest floor An abundance of activity Goes on all around me Here, I've found the perfect haven Which offers peace and harmony I am in motion |

If I'm not mistaken... you are entering spring... as we are entering winter... may we both be warm this season! |

Sue I once found a similar place...so peaceful and lovely to rest and write in such a place. Thank for letting us come along with you. |
